These artists are often lacking financial support from their profession<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\">Dignity, self-worth, and other words surround the portrait shaped into a currency sign.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"SpellingError SCXW51129777 BCX0\">Nwadiogbu<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\">\u00a0wants his audience to be aware of this relationship between sense of self and material wealth that is prevalent in Nigeria, and to work to break\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\">that relationship<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW51129777 BCX0\">.\u00a0 However, it is important to look at how this thinking may negatively affect mental perceptions of the self.
