Grounding Practices:
In this fast pace world sometimes we just need to slow down and take a moment.
Here are some way to ground yourself and bring yourself to the present moment. I find it helpful to be brought to the present moment when I am spiraling or overthinking. Being brought to the present moment is a nice reminder of what we can and can’t control at that very moment. When we travel a great amount in to the past or future through our thoughts one can forget what is happening in the now. Seeing the beauty in the now can help bring peace to one own mind or situation.
