What are self care activities?
Self care activities are action you can take to help yourself in some way or form. These activities can be simple everyday actions or something new. When you find yourself in situations in which you need to be kind to yourself, bring yourself to the present moment, or help boost your energy, here is a list of activities you can try out to help be kinder to yourself. (Note: these are just a few self-care activities which may or many not work for some. There are plenty more out there, so keep taking care of yourself).

- Within our Native culture, we have traditions and practice that are there to help us to tough time. If you have the knowledge on how to practice these traditions. Take a moment of time out of your day to do these traditions that were meant to bring us blessing and good health.
- If you do not have the knowledge but would like to gain this knowledge seek people from your family or your community and ask them to help teach you these traditions. It may be scary but people are typically more than happy to help you when you reach out to them about your culture. And if the first person says no its okay to feel down but just know you can ask someone else. There are people out there who will want to help you.
