The three people in a triangle agree to visit one class session for each participant over the course of a semester and meet to discuss what they learn from their visits about their own teaching. Triangles are created to connect faculty in different departments. All first year faculty participating in a teaching triangle are matched with faculty who have completed the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bowdoin.edu\/baldwin-center\/for-faculty\/faculty-fellows-program\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">faculty fellows program<\/a>.
