Each theme is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and create space for colleagues to learn\u00a0<em>with<\/em>\u00a0one another\u2014not just\u00a0<em>from<\/em>\u00a0one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our goals are equally energizing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monthly resource-sharing and peer discussion, launching Spring 2026, with ambitions for vibrant online engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative, virtual matchmaking, where cross-institutional teams can spark ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new regional mentoring and networking program, connecting seasoned educators with newcomers to grow skills, confidence, and community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Think of the NEFDC Communities of Practice as shared workshops where faculty developers, educators, directors, grad students, and writers gather to experiment, build, imagine, and support one another in meaningful\u2014and fun\u2014ways.
