Seeking feedback from students, LAs, colleagues, and the BCLT can provide multiple sources of information to inspire our teaching practices between now and the end of the semester.<\/p>\n<p>Course instructors are encouraged<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1173 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/courses.bowdoin.edu\/baldwin-clt-teaching-times\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/510\/2024\/10\/Screenshot-2024-10-02-at-2.03.34\u202fPM-150x150.png\" alt=\"Your feedback matters on a sticky note with a pen and computer keypad.\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/> to collect student feedback at the mid-point or multiple times throughout the semester. The feedback benefits you in thinking about adjustments to make with the course, and it also serves as a reflection for students to reconsider how they might approach the class in more effective ways for the second half. Sharing the results with the class often allows students to understand that the course design is meeting the needs of a diverse group of learners.<\/p>\n<p>Some options include:<\/p>\n<p>1. Adapt or use one of the examples below in an anonymous feedback survey of the class through Canvas, Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, etc.<\/p>\n<p>2. Choose to involve someone from the BCLT for a mid-course analysis conversation with you and your class about what is working and what is challenging (contact kbyrnes@bowdoin.edu for more information), or<\/p>\n<p>3.
