Her study focuses on how to better evaluate a tech company culture from the outside. Phoebe became interested in this topic\u00a0after working at a tech startup, visiting numerous tech companies with Bowdoin College&#8217;s Career Planning Center, and taking Visiting Assistant Professor Stacy Doore&#8217;s Computing Ethics course at Bowdoin in the fall of 2018.
