PCAPS want\u00a0all Philadelphia schools \u2013 whether public or charter \u2013 to be adequately funded based on their need. YUC organizes campaigns geared towards ensuring high quality public education for all young Philadelphians, and develops young leaders in Philadelphia with a critical political, historical, and economic understanding of society, and to empower them to improve the quality of their lives and communities. TAG believes that education is essential to the preservation of civil and human rights and is a tool of human liberation.
