Its online resources allow families to investigate the degree to which their children might be at risk for harmful lead-exposure by accounting for location and home features. Recently, their organizing efforts to reduce the amount of lead exposure in their community connected them with University of Rochester EHSC to implement primary prevention projects in their community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.leadsafekids.org\"><strong>Childhood Lead Action Project \u2013 Providence, Rhode Island<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-324 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/courses.bowdoin.edu\/education-2272-spring-2018-acrose\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/229\/2018\/05\/logo_main.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"112\" height=\"112\" \/>The Childhood Lead Action Project began to tackle minimum housing code enforcement policies by convening local health, environmental, and community stakeholders.
