By conducting home visits and holding community meetings, the group expanded to include more parents, who together planned a series of school activities and cultural events in order to give students a sense of pride and expose them to the ways they can contribute to their school. The organization starts working with girls in sixth grade and follows them through college graduation, offering services that help them maintain academic success, build self-esteem, guide them through the college application process, and support them as they pursue their degrees. The organization operates with the motto \u201cRegister the student, enroll the family,\u201d as it enables entire families to support each other and address their own needs.
