Teresa Cárdenas es una escritora, poeta y bailarina nacida en 1970 en Cárdenas, Cuba. Ha escrito dos novelas, Cartas a mi mamá (Groundwood Books, 2006) y Oloyou (Groundwood Books, 2008). Recibió el Premio de la Asociación Hermanos Saiz, el Premio Nacional de la Crítica y el Premio del Concurso Nacional de Poesía Delia Carrera, entre otros.
Teresa Cardenas is a writer, poet, and dancer born in 1970 in Cardenas, Cuba. She has written two fiction novels: Cartas a mi mamá (Groundwood Books, 2006), Oloyou (Groundwood Books, 2008).
