Fernanda Melchor es una escritora y periodista nacida en Veracruz en 1982. Sus obras incluyen Falsa liebre (Literatura Random House, 2022) y Paradais (New Directions Publishing Corporation, 2022). Su novela Temporada de Huracanes (Literatura Random House, 2017) ganó el Premio Internacional de Literatura (2019) y fue finalista del Premio Internacional Booker (2020).
