Kianny Antigua es traductora, autora y profesora dominicana en Dartmouth College. Ha escrito varios libros como el volumen infantil ¡Pero es que aquí no hay palmeras! (Jade Publishing, 2018) y tres colecciones de cuentos cortos llamados Bestezuelas (Isla Negra Editores, 2021), Aquí hubo una mujer (Últimos Monstruos Editores, 2018), y El Expreso (Editorial Argos, 2004). Recibió el Premio Internacional del Libro Latino al libro ilustrado para niños más inspirador.
Kianny Antigua is a Dominican translator, author, and professor at Dartmouth College. She has written several books such as her children’s book But There Are No Palm Trees Here! (Jade Publishing, 2018) and her three collections of short stories: Bestezuelas (Isla Negra Editores, 2021), Aquí hubo una mujer (Últimos Monstruos Editores, 2018), and El Expreso (Editorial Argos 2004). She received the International Latino Book Award for Most Inspirational Children’s Picture Book.
