Me gustaba mucho esta cita en el libro: &#8220;Es aterrador pero los celos solo mueren con el cuerpo. No s\u00e9 cuantas veces he tenido ganas de morir para liberarme de ellos.&#8221; Nunca he le\u00eddo una escritora escribiendo tan honestamente sobre s\u00ed misma y sobre este tema. Tambi\u00e9n quer\u00eda mencionar que Huaco Retrato no solo se trata de la vida personal del personaje central, que es una versi\u00f3n autobiogr\u00e1fica de la autora, pero tambi\u00e9n habla mucho de la historia de Peru y los asuntos de la cultura, el racismo, la familia, muchas cosas que Wiener explora en una manera fascinante. Si quieres leer m\u00e1s sobre mis reflexiones, tengo un &#8220;blog&#8221; sobre este libro.<\/p>\n<p>Subtitles: When I read <em>Undiscovered<\/em> by Gabriela Wiener for the first time, I was fascinated by the way the writer is so honest with herself, especially regarding the topic of romantic love. I really liked this quote in the book: &#8220;It&#8217;s terrifying but jealousy only dies with the body. I don&#8217;t know how many times I&#8217;ve felt like dying to be free of it.&#8221; I have never read a writer writing so honestly about herself and this topic. I also wanted to mention that <em>Undiscovered<\/em> is not only about the personal life of the central character, who is an autobiographical version of the author, but it also talks a lot about the history of Peru and issues of culture, racism, family, among many things that Wiener explores in a fascinating way.
