Some of the theory will be from classical theorists such as Georg Simmel and other relevant literature I have discovered on my own.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Description of Data:\u00a0<\/strong>My data will be qualitative. I will observe and analyze\u00a0sketches from episodes of\u00a0<em>Chappelle\u2019s Show <\/em>and <em>The Boondocks<\/em>, in addition to some comic strips.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plan of collecting data:\u00a0<\/strong>Research any prior literature written about comedy in sociology using the keywords \u201ccomedians\u201d and \u201csociology\u201d.
