Focusing on post-war prints from the 1950s-1970s, the show emphasizes the themes, forms, and cultural context of the works in alignment with the Fall 2016 course ARTH 3180 <em>Japanese Print Culture.<\/em> Students selected pieces to research, wrote labels on their objects, and discussed exhibition design. Some examples of artists in the show include: <a href=\"https:\/\/courses.bowdoin.edu\/sosaku-hanga-2016\/category\/catalogue\/umetaro-azechi\/\">Umetaro Azechi<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/courses.bowdoin.edu\/sosaku-hanga-2016\/category\/catalogue\/kiyoshi-saito\/\">Kiyoshi Saito<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/courses.bowdoin.edu\/sosaku-hanga-2016\/category\/catalogue\/koshiro-onchi\/\">Koshiro Onchi<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/courses.bowdoin.edu\/sosaku-hanga-2016\/category\/catalogue\/yoshitoshi-mori\/\">Yoshitoshi Mori<\/a>.
