In April 2023, she also started working with the registrar at Bowdoin College Museum of Art.\u00a0Previously, she was<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">Project<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">Manager in the Boston office of Crozier Fine Arts,<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">and Director of Exhibitions\u00a0in Manchester<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">with then New Hampshire Institute of Art, now the Institute of Art and Design at New England College.\u00a0In New York, she held curatorial positions with Storm King Art Center and<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">SculptureCenter. She\u00a0managed the studio\u00a0of<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">Virginia Overton<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">during\u00a0that artist\u2019s\u00a02016 solo<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">presentations\u00a0at\u00a0the Whitney Museum of American Art\u00a0in New York.<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">She has also held institutional advancement positions\u00a0with\u00a0American University\u00a0in Washington DC,\u00a0and<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">with<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">Columbia University and the Manhattan School of Music\u00a0in New York.\u00a0She earned<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">a\u00a0master&#8217;s degree from the Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College in 2012 and<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">completed\u00a0undergraduate<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">studies<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">in art history at<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">the University of Virginia in 1997.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Theresa\u00a0has been with the curatorial department\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Ogunquit Museum of American Art since 2020.
