Post-Tenure Pathfinders is a virtual 12-week guided program for faculty who are ready to design a more intentional path forward.

Many faculty reach a point where they shift from managing day-to-day demands to thinking more broadly about direction, priorities, and long-term impact. This program gives them the structure and support to do that.
