Topics include: Designing for Belonging, Multidisciplinary Approaches to Art and Visual Culture, Employing Technology for Learning, Rethinking Grading, Cross Campus Collaborations, and Envisioning Your Summer.

Grading in Community in the BCLT

Monday, May 20-Thursday, May 24, 8am-5pm

Come experience grading in community at the BCLT and Library. Drinks and treats will be available. Senior grades are due at noon on Tuesday, May 21.

Online Course Design Sprint (Fall 2024 Courses, FYWS Courses, and Spring 2025 Courses)

Wednesday, May 29, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m.

Spend one morning designing the learning outcomes and assignments for an upcoming course. Guided by Katie Byrnes, Director of the BCLT and our new Writing Director- John Paul Kanwit, course instructors will have an opportunity to work on the design of a new course or rethink the design of an existing course. All FYWS faculty are invited to attend.
