This website discusses the organizing around inequitable learning conditions in Baltimore City Public Schools by the Baltimore Movement of Rank-and-file Educators and the Caucus of Educators for Democracy and Equity. The focus will be specifically on the organizing that took place after the social media storm in January 2018 that showed students and teachers being forced to work in freezing schools without heating. There will also be a focus on the overwhelmingly hot schools that students needed to work in, particularly in September 2019.
