The Baltimore Movement of Rank-and-File Educators, also known as the BMORE Caucus is an organization of rank-and-file educators who seek to better the quality of Baltimore City Schools and advance the labor movement. This organization is an offset of the Baltimore Teachers Union.  They view public education as a tool for liberation and necessary to a well functioning democracy.  (https://www.bmorecaucus.org)

The Caucus of Educators for Democracy and Equity (CÈDE) is an organization that seeks to organize teachers, paraprofessionals, and other members of the Baltimore Teachers’ Union (BTU)  to positively impact both the BTU and the districts that they work under. This organization is not an official group under the Baltimore Teachers’ Union, but is a caucus of members who seek to continually improve the conditions of themselves and their students.
