My project will be a traditional research paper. I think that this format makes it easier to synthesize all my findings in an organized way that will convey my message in a persuasive manner. Given that my topic can be expansive, utilizing a paper format allows me to use subsections to capture the different aspects of Salvadorean identity that I want to capture.
Update: Instead of a research paper I will be making a podcast. A podcast would allow me to synthesize all the findings from academic sources into a more digestible and accessible format. Oral narratives especially about migrants are more powerful because they are rarer and humanize their experience more than a paper can.
