Course Calendar and Deadlines

(Past dates in grey)

Wednesday, March 25, 4 p.m. EST

Written proposals due via email, adhering to the guidelines and format (provided on the menu bar), no later than 4 p.m. EST.

The sooner you can turn this in, however, the more time I’ll have to review it and respond in full.

Besides myself, please send a copy of your proposal, via email, to the other  people in your discussion group:

Group 1 ) Ali, Olivia, Harry, Julie, and Perrin

Group 2) Jack, Megan, Adam, Claire, and Nat

Please review the proposals by the others in your group and be prepared to offer comments and suggestions during Thursday’s video conference (see below).

If you haven’t already, please get the Zoom app and stay tuned for my invitation.

__________

Thursday, April 2nd, 4 p.m. EST

Deadline for your first drawing or group of drawings to be posted on Blackboard. What to include is up to you. It doesn’t need to be everything, but–depending on your project you’re working–should probably be more than one. Since this comes down to cases, please consult with me if you’d like help determining this.

Also by this time please post a brief written self-assessment about your work so far (250 words max)–addressing your process, your ups and downs, questions you’re asking yourself, what parts are good, what parts could be better, etc. (not all of these; just suggested topics).

__________

Friday, April 3rd, 4 p.m. EST

Please submit your written responses about the work posted by the two (or three) people in your discussion group, on Blackboard. Assessments should include an affirmation of what’s going well, looks most promising, etc., and then a suggested improvement (go for bigger issues rather than nickel-and-dime, “band-aid” improvements).

Harry, Perrin, and Jack

Megan, Adam, Claire, and Nat
