  1. This week, I wanted to try to use plain printer paper and some materials I found lying around, which included a Bic ballpoint, a mechanical pencil, a pink roseart crayon, and a brown brushy marker thing.
    I tried for the most part throughout the week to keep in mind things I’ve learned about composing the pot. In the end, I wanted put it in positions that weren’t too boring, after having looked at it in the same handful of positions a lot.

    I see the final drawing as my capstone drawing. It is from memory (I peeked once). Although the moka pot isn’t pose in a particularly exciting drawing, I wanted to focus on imbuing my understanding of the form of the moka pot that I’ve gained from looking at it for five weeks into a drawing of it as it usually is, and exists in my mind.
